Booking and Payment:

The package booking is subject to availability at the time of reservation.

A deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days before the travel date.

In case of last-minute bookings (within 7 days of travel), full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Travel Dates:

The package is valid only for travel during the Khareef season (June to early September).

Please check with our travel agents for available travel dates before booking.

Flights and Transfers:

Roundtrip flights from Dubai to Salalah are included in the package.

Flight details will be provided after booking confirmation.

All airport transfers within Salalah are included as per the itinerary.

Accommodation:

Accommodation will be provided in well-appointed hotels based on the selected category.

Room types (double, twin, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Itinerary and Sightseeing:

The package includes an optional guided city tour of Salalah, as mentioned in the itinerary.

The order of sightseeing may vary depending on local conditions and weather.

Meals:

Daily breakfast is included during your stay at the hotel.

Lunch, dinner, and other meals are not included in the package, except where explicitly mentioned.

Optional Activities:

Travel Documents:

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Trivova Travel and Tourism UAE.

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the proximity to the travel date and the supplier's policies.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.

Trivova Travel and Tourism UAE shall not be held liable for any disruptions or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or any other force majeure events.
