Boarding and Ascent:

The Skydive:

Excluded:

Transportation: Transportation to and from the Skydive Dubai Drop Zone is typically not included in the package. (You can opt for trasnfers with us).

Photos and Videos: The cost of professional photos and videos of your skydiving experience is generally not included in the package. If you wish to capture your adventure, you can opt for these services at an additional cost.

Gratuities: Tips for the skydiving instructors and staff are not included in the package and are at the discretion of the participant.

Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses, such as meals, beverages, or souvenirs, are not included in the package and are the responsibility of the participant.

Additional Services: Any additional services or upgrades beyond the standard tandem skydiving experience, such as solo jumps, extended freefall time, or specialized skydiving packages, may come at an extra cost.

Before booking the tandem skydiving experience, it's essential to review the specific inclusions and exclusions provided by Skydive Dubai to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of what is covered and any potential additional expenses.

Participant Requirements:

Participants must meet the minimum age and health requirements set by Skydive Dubai to participate in the tandem skydiving experience.

Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver and provide medical information to ensure they are physically fit for skydiving.

Guest Names and Passport Match:

The names of all guests booked for the skydiving experience must precisely match the names on their passports. Any modifications to the names after the booking has been processed will incur a fee of AED 300 per name. This fee must be settled at the time of check-in.

Weight and BMI Restrictions:

Participants with the following criteria are restricted from participating in the skydiving experience:

Women with a weight exceeding 90kgs/198lbs or a BMI greater than 27.5

Men with a weight exceeding 100kgs/220lbs or a BMI greater than 30.

Weather Conditions:

Tandem skydiving is weather-dependent, and jump operations may be affected by adverse weather conditions, including high winds, rain, or visibility issues.

In case of weather-related cancellations, Skydive Dubai will reschedule the jump or provide a refund as per their policy.

Safety Briefing and Instructions:

All participants are required to attend a comprehensive safety briefing and follow the instructions given by the tandem instructor and other staff members.

Participants must be attentive during the briefing to understand the procedures and safety guidelines thoroughly.

Responsibility and Behavior:

Participants are responsible for their own behavior and safety during the tandem skydiving experience.

Any participant found to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair judgment will not be allowed to skydive.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made by participants within a certain time frame, as specified by Skydive Dubai, may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

No-shows or cancellations made beyond the designated time frame may not be eligible for a refund.

Photography and Videography:

Participants may have the option to purchase professional photos and videos of their skydiving experience at an additional cost.

Personal cameras or recording devices may not be allowed during the skydive, and participants must follow the rules regarding photography and videography.

Personal Belongings:

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, including valuables such as phones, wallets, and jewelry, during the skydiving experience.

Skydive Dubai is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

Health and Medical Conditions:

Participants must inform Skydive Dubai of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to skydive safely.

Skydive Dubai reserves the right to refuse service to any participant based on health considerations.

Force Majeure:

Skydive Dubai shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification of the tandem skydiving experience due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Acknowledgment and Consent:

By participating in the tandem skydiving experience, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the activity and voluntarily assume all such risks.
