If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour departure time, then 100% of the charges will be applied. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive your payment within 7 working days.
An infant is defined as any child under 3 years of age and will be granted free admission. Children aged between 3 to 10 years old will be considered as a child and will be charged at the child rate. Children aged 10 and above will be considered as adults and will be charged at the adult rate.
