No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used services.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted within Aquaventure Water Park.

The service provider cannot be held responsible if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical issues.

For safety reasons, it is required to enter all pools and attractions feet first; diving is strictly prohibited.

Sharing transfers can be arranged from centrally located Dubai hotels and residences only.

An additional surcharge applies for pick-up from areas outside of centrally located Dubai hotels and residences.

Timings for sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
